Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;adapter la loi d&rsquo;urgence COVID 19 qui ne s&rsquo;applique qu&rsquo;avec un accord de branche ou d&rsquo;entreprise sur ce sujet.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Destin\u00e9s \u00e0 soulager les entreprises pendant la crise, et donc de s\u00e9curiser les emplois, ces cong\u00e9s seront \u00e0 prendre chez soi et probablement en confinement, mais pay\u00e9s \u00e0 100%. L&rsquo;accord ne correspond pas exactement \u00e0 nos attentes, mais c&rsquo;est une disposition d&rsquo;urgence limit\u00e9e dans le temps qui r\u00e9pond bien au besoin du moment pr\u00e9sent. C&rsquo;est aussi une alternative au ch\u00f4mage partiel.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Nous avons obtenu :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\">un d\u00e9lai de pr\u00e9venance de trois jours au lieu d&rsquo;un jour dans la loi (un mois hors COVID 19),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\">une limite d&rsquo;utilisation au 31 octobre au lieu du 31 d\u00e9cembre.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"left\">En signant cet accord (1), la CFTC contribue \u00e0 s\u00e9curiser les emplois. Elle d\u00e9cide aussi d&rsquo;envoyer un message solidaire \u00e0 destination des 82% de petites entreprises de la branche qui sont les plus en danger. Elle appelle ses militants et les dirigeants des entreprises de la branche \u00e0 adapter et am\u00e9liorer cet accord, comme par exemple l&rsquo;excellent accord sign\u00e9 chez EXPLEO\u00a0<b><span style=\"color: #800000; font-family: Gilroy Light;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/sicsti.fr\/docs\/2020\/expleo-conges.pdf\" target=\"accord\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sicsti.fr\/images\/icon_f_pdf.gif\" width=\"22\" height=\"21\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Nos priorit\u00e9s sont des priorit\u00e9s de crise. Quand celle-ci sera pass\u00e9e, on regardera qui a fait quoi et ce qu&rsquo;il faut pour l&rsquo;avenir.
