D\u00e8s que nos soci\u00e9t\u00e9s ont atteint un niveau d\u00e9mocratique satisfaisant, elles ont vu appara\u00eetre des syndicats de salari\u00e9s qui se sont battus pour qu’on respecte leurs droits.<\/p>

Les premiers syndicats qui ont \u00e9merg\u00e9 en France ont \u00e9t\u00e9 la CGT en 1895 qui d\u00e9fendait (et d\u00e9fend toujours) une vision r\u00e9volutionnaire, la CFTC<\/a> est apparu ensuite en 1919, voici juste un si\u00e8cle, en d\u00e9fendant une vision r\u00e9formiste.<\/p>

Cette vision reste la n\u00f4tre car elle est bas\u00e9e sur l’\u00e9coute et la n\u00e9gociation :<\/p>

Je ne sais pas o\u00f9 j’en serai si elle n’avait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u00e0 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 elle j’ai pu me remettre en activit\u00e9.
Ce que j’appr\u00e9cie par dessus tout c’est son sens du dialogue.
Ca fait du bien de pouvoir compter sur quelqu’un surtout quand \u00e7a va mal.
