<\/span><\/span><span data-slate-node=\"text\"><span class=\"css-whu3o1\" data-slate-leaf=\"true\"><strong>assimil\u00e9s \u00e0 du temps de travail effectif<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span data-slate-node=\"text\"><span class=\"css-whu3o1\" data-slate-leaf=\"true\"><strong> pour le calcul du<\/strong> <\/span><\/span><span data-slate-node=\"text\"><span class=\"css-whu3o1\" data-slate-leaf=\"true\"><strong>seuil de d\u00e9clenchement des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span data-slate-node=\"text\"><span class=\"css-whu3o1\" data-slate-leaf=\"true\"> en supprimant un d\u00e9savantage \u00e9conomique, <strong>mais attention<\/strong>, cette d\u00e9cision ne vaut que pour les<\/span><\/span><span data-slate-node=\"text\"><span class=\"css-whu3o1\" data-slate-leaf=\"true\"><strong>\u00a0salari\u00e9s dont la dur\u00e9e du travail est calcul\u00e9e \u00e0 la semaine<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span data-slate-node=\"text\"><span class=\"css-whu3o1\" data-slate-leaf=\"true\"> (non pour les forfaits mensuels ou annuels).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-slate-node=\"text\"><span class=\"css-whu3o1\" data-slate-leaf=\"true\">Elle m<\/span><\/span><span data-slate-node=\"text\"><span class=\"css-whu3o1\" data-slate-leaf=\"true\">arque en tout cas une <\/span><\/span><span data-slate-node=\"text\"><span class=\"css-whu3o1\" data-slate-leaf=\"true\"><strong>influence directe du droit de l\u2019Union<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span data-slate-node=\"text\"><span class=\"css-whu3o1\" data-slate-leaf=\"true\"> sur le droit interne du travail fran\u00e7ais.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a
