{"id":3326,"date":"2022-04-01T20:45:17","date_gmt":"2022-04-01T18:45:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cftc-sicsti.fr\/luminess\/?p=3326"},"modified":"2022-11-14T20:58:05","modified_gmt":"2022-11-14T19:58:05","slug":"3326-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cftc-sicsti.fr\/luminess\/3326-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Engagement de l&rsquo;Etat envers le num\u00e9rique"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\">Les partenaires sociaux de la branche (CFTC, CGC, SYNTEC, et CINOVE) signent la charte avec la ministre du Travail Elisabeth BORNE.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">L&rsquo;\u00e9tat et les partenaires sociaux de notre branche ont sign\u00e9 le 30 mars 2022 une charte qui mobilise les services de l&rsquo;Etat (minist\u00e8res du travail, de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation nationale et de l&rsquo;enseignement sup\u00e9rieur et de la recherche) afin de :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\">Promouvoir la fili\u00e8re du num\u00e9rique<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\">Am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;attractivit\u00e9 de nos m\u00e9tiers (y compris qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail &#8211; r\u00e9gime d&rsquo;int\u00e9ressement, de participation ou d&rsquo;\u00e9pargne salariale pour les entreprise de moins de 50 salari\u00e9s)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\">Promouvoir les fili\u00e8res de formation et les dipl\u00f4mes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\">Promouvoir les actions de reconversion vers cette fili\u00e8re<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\">Promouvoir l&rsquo;orientation des demandeurs d&#8217;emploi vers cette fili\u00e8re<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\">Promouvoir cette fili\u00e8re aupr\u00e8s des jeunes et en particulier des jeunes filles pendant le cursus scolaire<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"left\">Cette charte marque un engagement de l&rsquo;Etat envers le num\u00e9rique. Elle va se d\u00e9cliner avec des conventions entre chaque service concern\u00e9 et les partenaires sociaux signataires : Syntec, Cinove pour la partie patronale et CFTC, CGC pour la partie salari\u00e9s (CFDT et CGT n&rsquo;ont pas souhait\u00e9 rejoindre cette charte, ni donc les travaux \u00e0 suivre).<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">La signature s&rsquo;est tenue rue de Grenelle au minist\u00e8re du travail sous l&rsquo;autorit\u00e9 d&rsquo;Elisabeth BORNE, ministre du Travail, de l\u2019Emploi et de l\u2019Insertion. Conform\u00e9ment au protocole, il y a eu des discours.
