Actuellement, beaucoup attendent le r\u00e9sultat de la n\u00e9gociation en cours au niveau de la branche BETIC dite\u00a0\u00bbsyntec\u00a0\u00bb sur le dispositif sp\u00e9cifique d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 partielle.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">L&rsquo;accord sur l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 partielle longue dur\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 le 10 septembre \u00e0 la satisfaction de tous except\u00e9 FO. Les ruptures conventionnelles collectives et les PSE exclusivement compos\u00e9s d\u2019un plan de d\u00e9parts volontaires ne sont pas concern\u00e9s par cette interdiction.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>L\u2019augmentation du d\u00e9lai de pr\u00e9venance des salari\u00e9s avant leur placement dans le DSAP<\/strong>. Celui-ci passe ainsi de 1 jour \u00e0 3 jours francs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\">le\u00a0<strong>maintien des niveaux d\u2019indemnisation conventionnels<\/strong>\u00a0des salari\u00e9s pr\u00e9vus \u00e0 l\u2019accord de branche de 2013 relatif \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9 partielle, \u00e0 l\u2019exception des salari\u00e9s percevant un salaire inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 2000 \u20ac pour lesquels le taux d\u2019indemnisation est revaloris\u00e9 \u00e0 98% de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration\u00a0;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\">le maintien des droits des salari\u00e9s (anciennet\u00e9, cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s, pr\u00e9voyance, retraite, retraite compl\u00e9mentaire)\u00a0;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\">un point sp\u00e9cifique sur les besoins de formation les salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s\u00a0par le DSAP, lors de tout entretien entre celui-ci et son sup\u00e9rieur hi\u00e9rarchique ;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\">un\u00a0<strong>abondement CPF de branche<\/strong>\u00a0est cr\u00e9\u00e9 afin de permettre une prise en charge int\u00e9grale des co\u00fbt de formation des salari\u00e9s en p\u00e9riode de DSAP\u00a0;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\">l\u2019obligation de respecter un principe de mod\u00e9ration salariale des dirigeants. L\u2019absence de tels efforts devant \u00eatre mentionn\u00e9e au sein du document unilat\u00e9ral \u00e9labor\u00e9 par l\u2019employeur\u00a0;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\">l\u2019obligation de prise d\u2019engagements en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi et de formation professionnelle\u00a0;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"left\">la transmission d\u2019une information compl\u00e8te au CSE concernant la mise en \u0153uvre du DSAP dans l\u2019entreprise\u00a0;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"left\">Cet accord contient en annexe un\u00a0<strong>document type<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e0 destination des entreprises pour faciliter la mise en place du dispositif.<\/p>\n<h2 align=\"left\">Octobre 2020<\/h2>\n<p align=\"left\">L&rsquo;accord d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 partielle est \u00e9tendu (c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire qu&rsquo;il peut s&rsquo;appliquer \u00e0 toutes les entreprises de la branche qui veulent y faire appel).
