{"id":5016,"date":"2024-06-19T08:37:30","date_gmt":"2024-06-19T06:37:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cftc-sicsti.fr\/cognizant2\/?p=5016"},"modified":"2024-06-20T09:30:06","modified_gmt":"2024-06-20T07:30:06","slug":"negociations-annuelles-obligatoires-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cftc-sicsti.fr\/cognizant2\/negociations-annuelles-obligatoires-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"N\u00e9gociations Annuelles Obligatoires 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"5016\" class=\"elementor elementor-5016\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-827d66e e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"827d66e\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b8ba6fa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b8ba6fa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Les N\u00e9gociations Annuelles Obligatoires viennent de s\u2019achever.<br \/>La CFTC n\u2019est pas d\u2019accord avec les augmentations propos\u00e9es par la direction.<\/p><p>Il n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 tenu compte de nos demandes :<br \/>* Une augmentation en regard de l\u2019inflation,<br \/>* Un focus sur les bas salaires,<br \/>* La mise en place du compte \u00e9pargne temps,<br \/>* Un accord d\u00e9rogatoire sur la participation.<\/p><p>Toutefois, et contrairement \u00e0 avril 2023, nous avons obtenu :<br \/>* Une augmentation de 0,40 \u20ac de la valeur faciale du Ticket Restaurant avec une r\u00e9partition \u00e0 50-50% (soit 0,20\u20ac de part salariale et 0,20\u20ac de part patronale);<br \/>* Une indemnit\u00e9 de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail \u00e0 hauteur de 20 \u20ac par mois pour la p\u00e9riode janvier 2024 \u00e0 juin 2024, non renouvelable<\/p><p>C\u2019est uniquement pour ces deux raisons que la CFTC a accept\u00e9 de signer un<br \/><strong>accord PARTIEL<\/strong><\/p><p>Nous consid\u00e9rons qu\u2019il aurait pu \u00eatre donn\u00e9 plus et c\u2019est pourquoi cet accord n\u2019est que partiel\u00a0:<br \/>* Nous disons NON aux augmentations en dessous de ce qui pourrait \u00eatre fait,<br \/>* OUI aux \u00ab\u00a0petits plus\u00a0\u00bb..<\/p><p>Sachant que des n\u00e9gociations importantes nous attendent : <br \/>* L\u2019ouverture des discussions sur la GEPP (La gestion des emplois et des parcours professionnels),<br \/>* La mise en place de modes de transitions emploi-retraite (sept 2023 : 30 p de 60+), sujet int\u00e9gr\u00e9 aux n\u00e9gociations \u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelles,<br \/>* Le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail (pr\u00e9vu deuxi\u00e8me semestre 2024).<br \/>* Afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 vos questions les DS et membres de la CFTC sont \u00e0 votre disposition via Teams et sur site.<\/p><p>Bonne journ\u00e9e<\/p><p>Vos d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s syndicaux<br \/><strong>Cyril SABLE &amp; Herv\u00e9 CHAU, CFTC-SICSTI<\/strong><\/p><p><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Si vous avez re\u00e7u cet e-mail en-dehors de vos heures de travail ou pendant vos cong\u00e9s, soyez assur\u00e9 que celui-ci ne n\u00e9cessite aucune r\u00e9ponse imm\u00e9diate.<\/span><\/em><\/p><p>Si vous ne souhaitez pas recevoir de tels courriers de la part de la CFTC, veuillez r\u00e9pondre <strong>STOP<\/strong> \u00e0 cyril.sable@cognizant.com<\/p><div>\u00a0<\/div><div><strong>English version<\/strong><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><p>The Compulsory Annual Negotiations have just come to an end.<br \/>The CFTC disagrees with the management&rsquo;s proposal for increases.<\/p><p>Our demands have been ignored:<br \/>* An increase in line with inflation,<br \/>* A focus on low salaries,<br \/>* The introduction of a time savings account,<br \/>* A special agreement on profit-sharing.<\/p><p>However, unlike in April 2023, we have obtained :<br \/>* A \u20ac0.40 increase in the face value of the luncheon voucher with a 50-50 split (i.e., \u20ac0.20 employee share and \u20ac0.20 employer share);<br \/>* Non-renewable teleworking allowance of \u20ac20 per month from January 2024 to June 2024.<\/p><p>It was for these two reasons alone that the CFTC agreed to sign a<br \/><strong>PARTIAL agreement<\/strong><\/p><p>We believe that more could have been given, which is why this agreement is only partial:<br \/>* We say NO to increases below what could be achieved,<br \/>* YES to \u00ab\u00a0little extras\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p><p>Knowing that essential negotiations await us:<br \/>* The opening of discussions on the GEPP (Management of jobs and career paths),<br \/>* The introduction of employment-retirement transition methods (Sept 2023: 30 p of 60+), a subject included in the professional equality negotiations,<br \/>* Teleworking (planned for the second half of 2024).<br \/>* The DS and members of the CFTC are available via Teams and on-site to answer your questions.<\/p><p>Have a nice day<\/p><p>Your union representatives<br \/><strong>Cyril SABLE &amp;
