La Direction transmet des propositions de principe (non chiffr\u00e9es).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019inflation touche <strong>les produits de premi\u00e8re n\u00e9cessit\u00e9<\/strong> pour le travail : alimentation, transports\u2026 nous r\u00e9clamons donc la <strong>mise \u00e0 niveau de toutes les primes<\/strong> et indemnit\u00e9s \u00e0 hauteur de 7%, \u00e0 commencer par :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les Indemnit\u00e9s Kilom\u00e9triques,<\/li>\n<li>Les tickets restaurant,<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019indemnisation de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail,<\/li>\n<li>Le ch\u00e8que CESU pour l\u2019accueil d\u2019un enfant<\/li>\n<li>Et tous les plafonds d\u2019aide sociale pr\u00e9vus dans l\u2019UES.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Consid\u00e9rant qu&rsquo;<strong>il y a urgence<\/strong>, tous les syndicats ont r\u00e9clam\u00e9 &#8211; et obtenu &#8211; d&rsquo;avancer la premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union de n\u00e9gociation : 29 novembre dernier.<\/p>\n<p>La Direction a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e9conomiques, puis les chiffres des augmentations de r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations depuis 2019 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Augmentations de salaires au titre des accords et \u00e0 titre individuel,<\/li>\n<li>Participation\/int\u00e9ressement,<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9passement du variable (au del\u00e0 de 100%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Soit un total <strong>169,4 M\u20ac en 2022<\/strong>, hors primes d&rsquo;astreinte\/travail de nuit, tickets restaurants, forfait mobilit\u00e9&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9cision int\u00e9ressante : <strong>72% des salari\u00e9s de plus de 6 mois d&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 augment\u00e9s en 2022<\/strong> (chiffre le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 depuis 4 ans).<\/p>\n<p>A suivre : trois r\u00e9unions sont planifi\u00e9es en 2023.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"&quot;revendications\"><\/a><strong>Revendications <span style=\"color: #1d71b8;
