N\u00e9gociation encadr\u00e9e par un accord de m\u00e9thode"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le 20 janvier dernier, la Direction a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 aux \u00e9lus du CSEC les grandes lignes d\u2019un <strong><strong>projet d\u2019adaptation de l\u2019emploi et des comp\u00e9tences<\/strong><\/strong>, reposant <strong>exclusivement sur le volontariat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Avant d\u2019engager la n\u00e9gociation d\u2019un accord portant sur les mobilit\u00e9s internes ou externes, une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape essentielle \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire : <strong><strong>la d\u00e9finition d\u2019un accord de m\u00e9thode<\/strong><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Celui-ci a pour objectif de fixer un cadre pr\u00e9cis aux discussions \u00e0 venir, en d\u00e9limitant :<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udcc5 Les dates des <strong><strong>10 r\u00e9unions de n\u00e9gociation<\/strong><\/strong><br \/>\n\ud83d\udc65 La <strong><strong>composition des d\u00e9l\u00e9gations syndicales<\/strong><\/strong><br \/>\n\ud83d\udcdd Les <strong><strong>th\u00e9matiques<\/strong><\/strong> abord\u00e9es lors de chaque r\u00e9union<\/p>\n<p>Cet accord de m\u00e9thode a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 par <strong><strong>trois organisations syndicales<\/strong><\/strong>, dont la <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><strong>CFTC<\/strong><\/strong><\/span>.
