{"id":11288,"date":"2025-11-18T12:02:30","date_gmt":"2025-11-18T11:02:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cftc-sicsti.fr\/capgemini\/?p=11288"},"modified":"2025-11-19T14:08:06","modified_gmt":"2025-11-19T13:08:06","slug":"commission-teletravail-ues-clarification","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cftc-sicsti.fr\/capgemini\/commission-teletravail-ues-clarification\/","title":{"rendered":"Commission T\u00e9l\u00e9travail UES &#8211; Clarification"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Lors de la commission de suivi de l&rsquo;accord T\u00e9l\u00e9travail UES Capgemini du 6 Novembre, les r\u00e8gles d&rsquo;indemnisation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 clarifi\u00e9es ainsi:<\/h3>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Formule de calcul \u2013 seuil des 70 %<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Le seuil est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 sur la base des jours effectivement travaill\u00e9s et d\u00e9clar\u00e9s dans Replicon.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Les jours mon\u00e9tis\u00e9s ou donn\u00e9s (ex. : Percol, dons de jours) ne sont pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">absences.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u00c0 compter du<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">1er janvier 2026<\/span><\/strong> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">(date \u00e0 confirmer), les indemnit\u00e9s journali\u00e8res seront proratis\u00e9es <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">selon les r\u00e8gles suivantes :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>m<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">oins d\u2019une \u00bd journ\u00e9e<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">:<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">aucune indemnit\u00e9<\/span><\/li>\n<li>e<span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ntre \u00bd journ\u00e9e et 1 journ\u00e9e<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">:<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">0,5 indemnit\u00e9<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">1 journ\u00e9e<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">:<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">1 indemnit\u00e9<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div data-main-rotation=\"0\"><strong>Autres informations:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div data-main-rotation=\"0\">&#8211; Environ 80% des t\u00e9l\u00e9travailleurs d\u00e9clarent des indemnit\u00e9s dans Replicon chaque mois.<\/div>\n<div data-main-rotation=\"0\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211; On constate une l\u00e9g\u00e8re baisse du nombre de jours <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">t\u00e9l\u00e9travaill\u00e9s d\u00e9clar\u00e9s moyen sur la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode en <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">2024 (12 j) versus 2025 (9,5j). <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Des retours sur site plus fr\u00e9quents suite \u00e0 la reprise <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">du trop-per\u00e7u et aux demandes de revenir plus <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour maintenir le lien social.<\/span><\/div>\n<div data-main-rotation=\"0\">&#8211; Au 30 septembre 2025, 47 salari\u00e9s ont un avenant t\u00e9l\u00e9travail suspendu (vs 55 fin d\u00e9cembre 2024).
