{"id":11234,"date":"2025-11-13T09:23:37","date_gmt":"2025-11-13T08:23:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cftc-sicsti.fr\/capgemini\/?p=11234"},"modified":"2025-11-13T10:37:44","modified_gmt":"2025-11-13T09:37:44","slug":"information-consultation-sur-le-projet-unleash","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cftc-sicsti.fr\/capgemini\/information-consultation-sur-le-projet-unleash\/","title":{"rendered":"Information \/ Consultation sur le projet UNLEASH"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le CSEC est inform\u00e9 et consult\u00e9 depuis le 21.10 sur le projet <strong>UNLEASH<\/strong> en France, projet qui va d\u00e9marrer en Janvier 2026 et implique globalement :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Aucune \u00e9volution<\/strong> de la structure organisationnelle au niveau France.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Un nouveau RACI entre les BU et les BL<\/strong> pour \u00ab\u00a0dynamiser\u00a0\u00bb le \u00ab\u00a0Go to Market\u00a0\u00bb avec une organisation commerciale revue et simplifi\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La remont\u00e9e de la responsabilit\u00e9 du P&amp;L complet au niveau des BU<\/strong>. Les BL gardent la responsabilit\u00e9 de la qualit\u00e9 du Delivery de la phase de solutioning jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la livraison finale du projet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Des changements de rattachement <\/strong>pour\u00a0diff\u00e9rentes familles de m\u00e9tier: Fonctions Commerciales, Delivery, Finance, CCM et BRM essentiellement entre BU et BL et entre BL et BU.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour plus d&rsquo;informations, <strong>veuillez SVP contacter<\/strong> les repr\u00e9sentants <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>CFTC<\/strong><\/span> au CSEC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A noter<\/strong>: les quelques changements d&rsquo;entit\u00e9 l\u00e9gale identifi\u00e9s seront r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 travers des propositions de transferts volontaires.
