D&rsquo;autre part, la Direction pourrait \u00eatre tent\u00e9e de supprimer compl\u00e8tement le dispositif : par notre signature, nous \u00e9vitons ce risque pour trois ans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Quand la <span data-slate-fragment=\"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\"><strong><span style=\"color: #2441e3;\">CFTC <\/span><\/strong><\/span>d\u00e9cide de signer (ou pas) un accord (<a href=\"https:\/\/cftc-sicsti.fr\/capgemini\/signer-ou-ne-pas-signer-la-philosophie-de-la-cftc\/\">cf notre article sur le sujet<\/a>) , c&rsquo;est le r\u00e9sultat d&rsquo;une r\u00e9flexion commune.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Voici le courrier envoy\u00e9 \u00e0 la Direction et aux autres organisations syndicales n\u00e9gociatrices :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"css-zd8f0p\" data-slate-node=\"element\"><span data-slate-node=\"text\"><span class=\"css-whu3o1\" data-slate-leaf=\"true\">Notre organisation a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de signer l\u2019accord.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"css-zd8f0p\" data-slate-node=\"element\"><strong><span class=\"css-whu3o1\" data-slate-leaf=\"true\">Quelques remarques\u00a0:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"css-166zcyb\" data-slate-node=\"element\">\n<li data-slate-node=\"element\">\n<p class=\"css-vtvb46\" data-slate-node=\"element\"><span data-slate-node=\"text\"><span class=\"css-whu3o1\" data-slate-leaf=\"true\">Un mauvais r\u00e9sultat (voire pas de r\u00e9sultat) en p\u00e9riode de vache maigre, c&rsquo;est coh\u00e9rent avec le principe de l&rsquo;int\u00e9ressement. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-slate-node=\"element\">\n<p class=\"css-vtvb46\" data-slate-node=\"element\"><span data-slate-node=\"text\"><span class=\"css-whu3o1\" data-slate-leaf=\"true\">Reste la question du montant de l&rsquo;enveloppe d\u00e9di\u00e9e : est-elle vraiment \u00e0 l&rsquo;image de nos r\u00e9sultats pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s comme m\u00e9diocre ou mauvais ? <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-slate-node=\"element\">\n<p class=\"css-vtvb46\" data-slate-node=\"element\"><span data-slate-node=\"text\"><span class=\"css-whu3o1\" data-slate-leaf=\"true\">Le syst\u00e8me propos\u00e9 pr\u00e9voit une p\u00e9r\u00e9quation (avec un r\u00e9sultat, m\u00eame pour ceux qui n&rsquo;atteignent pas le seuil de d\u00e9clenchement de leur m\u00e9tier), ce qui garantit un minimum d\u00e8s lors qu\u2019un m\u00e9tier franchi le seuil. Ceci pallie au fait que certains m\u00e9tiers n\u2019ont pas per\u00e7u d\u2019int\u00e9ressement plusieurs ann\u00e9es de suite. Pourtant, est-ce qu&rsquo;il ne vaudrait pas mieux un seuil vraiment <\/span><\/span><span data-slate-node=\"text\"><span class=\"css-whu3o1\" data-slate-leaf=\"true\"><strong>atteignable<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span data-slate-node=\"text\"><span class=\"css-whu3o1\" data-slate-leaf=\"true\"> adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque m\u00e9tier ?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-slate-node=\"element\">\n<p class=\"css-vtvb46\" data-slate-node=\"element\"><span data-slate-node=\"text\"><span class=\"css-whu3o1\" data-slate-leaf=\"true\">Enfin un peu (soit un peu plus de 5 Millions d&rsquo;euros pour le premier seuil) vaut mieux que rien. Une partie de nos coll\u00e8gues prennent tout ce qui peut tomber parce qu&rsquo;ils en ont besoin. Ceci devrait concerner les NAO salaires et pas l\u2019int\u00e9ressement. <\/span><\/span><span data-slate-node=\"text\"><span class=\"css-whu3o1\" data-slate-leaf=\"true\"><strong>@ la Direction\u00a0: des r\u00e9sultats corrects en NAO sont indispensables<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span data-slate-node=\"text\"><span class=\"css-whu3o1\"
