La baisse de cette cotisation \u00e9tant proportionnelle au salaire, les plus bas salaires ont la plus forte baisse (donc r\u00e9cup\u00e8rent le plus de salaire net).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p par mois.<\/span><\/span><\/figure>\n<p>La CFTC \u00e9tait majoritairement favorable \u00e0 <strong>l&rsquo;option 1, moins impactante,<\/strong> car elle touchait \u00e0 la fois la compl\u00e9mentaire et la surcompl\u00e9mentaire mais les autres organisations syndicales ont opt\u00e9 pour le sc\u00e9nario 2 o\u00f9 seule la compl\u00e9mentaire est impact\u00e9e.
